*The drainage system in my yard isn't working. The pump is full and they won't empty it. So every time it rains at all my whole yard and driveway is flooded. I'm talking swamp water everywhere. I have slipped and fell. Work order in, no response.
No side walks
I've visited someone who lives here once and it seemed like a very nice place and sparked my interest! I'm looking to rent maybe mid 2017 and love the location. I forgot to ask about the pet policy and if there were any restrictions but overall staff seemed very nice over the phone and it seems like a very quiet and nice area.
Things in the home break easily
If you have any problems with your home forget ever trying to get maintenance to fix them. They will have you fill out work orders (get a copy for proof) and never get to them. They pass the buck around blaming everyone else for you work not getting done. I have been waiting YEARS yes years for some of my work orders and they are still not done.
Kids everywhere
These are my main work orders that actually effect my safety. There are also little odds and ends but I know they will never get addressed so why bother.
Please DO NOT move your family in here. I am stuck and I wouldn't want you to be too. Also their pool and playground they lure you in with opens late if at all. They had damage to the pool and I'm not even sure if they will open this year. The playground is a joke. Super dangerous and full of trash. I won't let my kids go in there.
*My windows won't stay open on their own. The balancers are all broken and I have to lift a very heavy window and place a wooden stake in it to hold it open. Can you say fire hazard? Plus if my kid grabs a stake they could drop a super heavy window on their hand. Been like this since day one.

*My ceiling in my bathroom has a huge water spot from a leak and the paint is actually chipping around it. I'm afraid when it rains it may just fall through. Told them, no body has even come to look at it.
Was told there was a handy man special so I said can I look at it and however I looked at it did the app for it put money down on the security deposit then friday 6/16 and called to find out about the status on my app then hours later I get a call back and basically I was mislead into what I was told I honestly dont feel this is.fair in any way I tried so hard to save up every bit of my money as I needed a bigger place so I can keep my nephew and nieces and might I mind u my own kid as well so I need a bigger home. I was basically told the home I was looking at was a.handy man special that I could fix up and bring it to light and now im back to where I am just so upset with all this I find this.isnt fair where.is.the.justice in this . I find that this.is.unfair and it isnt right. But after told I couldnt get.the trailer they however were.going to fix it and rent it out for 1,000 a month now.how fair.is that when I.was told one thing and then it switched.up . Not happy

*Electrical problems in my bathroom. Outlets work then don't work. One of them is actually burnt around it. Do they care, nope! Did I mention FIRE hazard!!
Quick and easy power outages
Been living here for 4 years and the duct of my room doesn’t work STILL after all the times the mantince tried to “fix it”. I do not get cold air or hot air in 2 rooms
Right now, they turned off the water for houses on the Main Street that are are digging on for HOURS.
You get a 50 fee if you don’t cut your grass!!
The front of the park looks so nice and that is how they get you. Pay attention once you drive past the front it gets worse.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been here 4 years now and each year it just gets worse. I would have left a long time ago if I could afford another place. But I'm stuck until I can get a mortgage for a new home.
It's a nice place, quiet and serene. There are a lot of ponds and places to go. There's a nice school nearby and there's plenty of beautiful sights to see and all of that. Blah blah blah blah blah blah doing this for a badge...
