We rented the clubhouse for $100 bucks and both bathrooms we dirty and smelly.The party area was dirty windows and floors we not swept or cleaned.Sorry to say this but i was pissed that we had to clean and clean again for the next people might have a better experiance than we did.Can you say refund!
A nice place to leave management take care of any problems I have. I been in this place for over 8 year and never once have had any problems with the management. They are very help full and are will to help you out if you ask. Cindie and Jeff are doing a great job they try to fix your problem as fast as they can. They will take the time to stop and say high and weave to you rather your in the park or at store or if you pass each other going down the road. I can not ask or hope to find a better place to leave where it is quit at night with out any one yell or fighting late at night.
I like it here. It's pretty quiet and kept up. All of the staff is pretty friendly. They're not good about giving warnings for when they fix the road and enhances though.
I was having an issue with my back yard flooding. Cindy had it fixed, and landscaped nicely, and she said someone will be trimming the dead branches soon so they won't damage my home. I had to edit my review. Unfortunately due to the flooding my foundation has sunk in the back of my home, causing damage, and they are saying that they are not responsible to fix it; so I am not very happy at this moment. I will edit this again when this issue is resolved.
The manager speaks to other residents about your personal business. She gossips. She's rude and fake. She lies. She's sneaky. I hate this place and its only because of the manager and her boyfriend the maitenace man. There a joke. The parking is shut the roads. This could be a great community with better management and better parking. Thanks that's it
